How do I place an order?

Browse the site, pick your size, and add to cart. Head to checkout when you’re ready and follow the simple steps.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Reach out to us as soon as possible at dynstyclothing1@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help but once ordered it’s often immediately in fulfillment, meaning changes or cancellation is no longer possible.

How do I track my order?

You’ll be contacted by email or text message once your order ships, where you will be updated each step of the way for your package.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders may take longer to arrive and could be subject to customs fees depending on your country. Those charges are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you’re ordering the right size before checking out — size guides are on each product page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something arrives wrong or damaged, email us at dynstyclothing1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right free of charge if authentic.

How do your pieces fit?

PROJECT DYNSTY is designed with a relaxed streetwear fit. If you want it more oversized, size up. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
