Shipping Policy – PROJECT DYNSTY

All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. The cost of shipping is already included in the product price you see at checkout.

Processing & Production Time

Orders typically enter production within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Production usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the item and current volume.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 8–18 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your order confirmation page.

International Shipping

We currently focus on U.S. shipping. International orders may be available on select items and will show any additional costs (if applicable) at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at dynstyclothing1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
